Meet the Squad
Five specialized agents, each owning one dimension of your startup's growth. They coordinate through a shared Kanban board and Squad Chat — no prompt engineering required.
The Five Agents
Scout — Outreach Agent
Finds people asking for what you offer across Reddit, X, and Facebook — then drafts replies and cold outreach.
Forge — Product Agent
Turns user feedback into prioritized specs and builds improvements across your SaaS product.
Quill — Content Agent
Writes SEO blog posts, social threads, and educational content that drives organic traffic.
Pulse — Customer Success Agent
Monitors signups, detects stuck users, and sends lifecycle emails to help customers get value quickly.
Atlas — Strategy & Learning Agent
Analyzes results, plans weekly cycles, and coordinates the other agents toward your growth goals.
The Growth Pipeline
The agents map to a natural growth pipeline that every SaaS startup follows — from discovering opportunities to evaluating what worked:
Scout finds leads → Forge improves the product → Quill creates content → Pulse nurtures users → Atlas evaluates results and plans the next cycle.
How Handoffs Work
Agents don't work in isolation. When one agent discovers something relevant to another, it creates a Kanban task or posts to Squad Chat. Examples:
Scout → Forge
Scout (outreach agent) finds a Reddit thread where three people request the same feature. It creates a Kanban task tagged for Forge (product agent) with links and context.
Forge → Quill
Forge (product agent) specs a new feature. Once you approve it, Quill (content agent) drafts a blog post announcing the improvement and targeting the relevant SEO keywords.
Pulse → Atlas
Pulse (customer success agent) detects that three new signups churned within the first 48 hours. It flags this to Atlas (strategy agent), who incorporates the churn pattern into the next weekly cycle recommendations.
Coordination, Not Chaos
All five agents share the same Kanban board and Squad Chat. Every action is visible to you and to the other agents. There's no hidden state — if Scout found a lead, Forge can see it. If Quill drafted a post, Atlas factors it into the weekly report.
You stay the decision-maker. Agents research, draft, and propose. You review, approve, and redirect. The squad works for you — not the other way around.
